THE INGREDIENT :

PRAWNS
GARLIC (GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH BUT ALSO PRODUCE BODY ODOUR)
PARSLEY LEAVES..HAA..TAK DE PULAK..DAUN KARI PUN BOLEH LA JANG OII..
CHILLI POWDER

PRAWNS SHOULD BE FRIED WITH PEPPER AND A BIT SALT. LETAK TEPI AND THEN BOLEH PREPARE THE SAUCE. FRIED GARLIC WITH SOME OLIVE OIL TILL SLIGHTLY BROWN. ADD HALF CUP WATER, KALAU BANYAK UDANG YEA..BANYAK LAH NAK TARUH AIR ..BUT KEEP IT NOT SO CAIR NANTI HILANG RASA N INTENSITY.  ADD CHILLI POWDER, BUNCH OF CHOPPED PARSLEY LEAVES,,ADD PRAWNS, TASTE IT WITH SALT N PEPPER IF NEEDED.
