RAW MARINATED SALMON WITH BASIL & CHILLIES



THE INGREDIENTS :

FROZEN SALMON FILET  (RAW FISH NEED TO BE IN THE FREEZER AT LEAST 24 HOUR BEFORE FRESHLY CUT N SERVE. THIS SALMON NEED TO CUT INTO SMALL DICE)
LEMON JUICE
OLIVE OIL
SALT
BASIL LEAVE
SHREDDED CHILLIES

HOW TO MAKE IT..SENANG AJER..SAP SAP SUI!
MARINATE THE SALMON MEAT WITH SALT AND LEMON JUICE FOR AT LEAST 15 MINS, ADD SHREDDED CHILLIES, BASIL LEAVES, OLIVE OIL AND SERVE! VOILA ..YR OMEGA 3 FIX!




TASTE GOOD WHEN SERVE WITH WARM BREAD
