NATURAL BEAUTY

Long limbs and vital statistics are minor contributors to the beautiful body. Much more important is the state of mind that sits on top. While there is barely a woman alive who is content with her natural shape, every woman can improve her body by upping the respect that she pays to it. This is achieved by taking time for herself - a vital part of life that most of us ignore.

Why not start the day with
1) drinking some plain water to detox your body
 drink juice is  good as long it is not a source of sweet fruit / root/ veggies.

2) resting a while, meditate or perform prayer to rest your mind


3) prepare light breakfast ..do u know that if u start yr breakfast at 7.30am sharp, the metabolic rate start at 8.00am..at it is easier for the body to burn the fat. And if want to burn more fat, eat some fibre at 6.30pm, just right before dinner. (psst..this info I adapted from Health series on TV by dr. oz)


4) do a mini facial, clean, scrub n light mask before putting some make up..remember look good n feel good!
